Where we ship
United States only. We're focused on the US market for now.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order. Shipping is free on all orders over $50.
How our products are fulfilled
Aemoni products are printed to order by Monster Digital, a US-based print facility in Columbus, Ohio. T-shirts, mugs, and tote bags are all produced there and ship via major US carriers.
Orders with more than one item usually ship together. Occasionally items are produced on different lines and arrive separately — if that happens, your flat $5.99 shipping (or free shipping over $50) still covers the entire order, and you'll receive tracking for each package.
Production and transit times
Every item is printed after you order, so there are two stages before it arrives.
- Production: 2–7 business days
- Transit: 2–5 business days
- Estimated delivery: 4–12 business days from order date
These are the ranges published by our print provider. Most orders land in the 6–12 day range — we quote the full window because we'd rather beat the estimate than miss it.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your order ships in more than one package, you'll receive a tracking number for each. Check your spam folder if tracking emails don't appear within the production windows above.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable because the address was entered incorrectly, we'll refund the product price — not the original shipping charge. We can't reship to a corrected address, since the item has already been produced.
Delays
Carrier holdups and high-volume periods are outside our control. If your order is well past the estimated window above, email hello@aemoni.com and we'll look into it.
